It is most unusual indeed for a quality issue like this to be apparent and, given that these shoes currently have a 92% Feefo approval rating, I can assure you that this is not the norm!
Whilst we would have been very eager to send you a replacement, I can see that your shoes were recently returned back to us for a full refund.
