08-Jun-2012	Excellent	Although Charles Tyrwhitt service is excellent. The delivery service that they use could be much improved. HDNL use a tracking system which is pretty useless to the customer. As it is only updated once the package is on the local van for delivery. Improve your delivery to get an excellent marking.
