14-May-2012	Poor	Arrived bagged, but extremely creased...cotton is very soft and is awaiting its first wash and iron. It maybe that this particular material creases very easily.	I do apologise that this shirt arrived with you in less than perfect condition! Our shirts feature very high yarn counts – the higher the yarn count, the better quality the shirt but the more prone to creasing it will be as well. To combat this, steam iron the shirts while they are still slightly damp from the wash and avoid tumble drying. Of course, if this isn’t working out for you, please don’t hesitate to send the shirt back to us and we’ll gladly exchange it or issue you with a full refund.
