The reason we don’t offer returns for free as standard is that the cost of doing so would have to be covered elsewhere in the business and our preference is to be upfront with how our pricing works. Our guarantee is ‘no quibble’ though so, even if the incorrect size has been ordered for a garment, we’ll gladly accept a return of the item to be exchanged for a different size and I’m pleased to see that you have done this already. I’m very sorry that you have found some of the images of our products on our website to be unclear but we appreciate your feedback regarding this and it is something we will take on board for the future. I apologise also if you have been receiving too many promotional emails from us – we’ll take your comments regarding this into consideration as well and we have arranged for you to receive promotional emails from us on a monthly basis from now on. |
