14-May-2013	Bad	Ordered 42 inch waist trousers but when they arrived they nowhere near went around my waist. Both these and the other trousers ordered were returned for that reason. I have however had good feedback since including a phone call on Sunday morning in an effort to resolve the problem. I am awaiting a refund.	I’m disappointed to read that the fit of these trousers wasn’t right for you in the ordered size but thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback! Thank you also for contacting us directly straight away regarding the matter, which is definitely the best thing to do first, and I’m delighted to read your comments regarding the service you’ve received from us.
