22-Jul-2012	Poor	Wrongly sized	These chinos are from our Tailored Fit collection so the cut and sizing is different to the Classic chinos that were also on your order. It’s a shame that these aren’t a good fit for you but we wouldn’t want you to hold onto anything from us that you’re not going to wear so I’m pleased to see that these have been returned already.

14-Jul-2012	Poor	Excellent quality. However, one big problem - for all other trousers I regularly buy a 36 inch waist fits comfortably. I couldn't even fasten the Charles Tyrwitt tailored chinos round my waist - I'm going to reorder but in a 38 and then hope that doesn't arrive ridiculously large and is equivalent to a 36 in anything else . . .	It’s such a shame that these chinos aren’t a good fit for you but we appreciate the honest feedback! These chinos are from our Tailored Fit collection so the overall cut is slimmer than our Classic chinos but the waist is still 36”. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback and for returning these to us already and I’m pleased to confirm that we have received the chinos back and issued you with a full refund for them.
