| 21-Jan-2013 | Poor | Described as slim fit but was actually quite baggy around the waist. Out of the four 'slim fit' shirts I purchased two were like this and the other two were a good fit. Quality control problems or wrongly described? This shirt was returned. | I am so very sorry to hear that two of the shirts you recently purchased were not a perfect fit for you. I can see that this order contains two slim fit shirts in the "classic" sizing and two slim fit shirts in the "casual" sizing, for example small, large, extra large and so forth. Please note that as our sizing guide online indicates, the casual size slim fit shirts are slightly more generous around the waist and other chest than slim fit shirts in the classic sizes. Rest assured if you are not completely satisfied with any of the shirts you have ordered you can of course, as you have done, return them for an exchange or a full refund.
