I will be sure to pass your comments on to our Buying Team in case the size of these silk knots needs to be reconsidered for future collections. You are welcome to return them for an exchange or full refund as we would hate for you to be stuck with something you can't use! I am sorry that we let you down with the delay of one of your ties however rest assured we only charge you for items once we send them so you didn't pay for it until it left us. |
