| 05-May-2013 | Excellent | I would prefer an option to either pick up my parcel from a store, or have my parcel delivered by Royal Mail (which can easily be collected from the PO if delivery is missed) Having to wait in for a courier because a signature is required but no time slot given) seems quite unusual now, with many couriers sending a 1 hour time slot notification by text. Delivery options could certainly be improved. | |
