Efficient service & prompt delivery
The great thing about buying from Charles Tyrwhitt is that you know your products will be of high quality.
Package went astray due to some kind of courier mix up, so delivery was delayed. CT did call to let me know what had happened though.
inspiring So muchmore confidence than flimsy supermarket socks.Hope for long service...
Ordering on line was easy, constant updates on delivery and received parcel before they predicted including the items that had a order delay, will be shopping again. Thanks
Good service and fast delivery. However, rather than the delivery being left as instructed on the order by me, it was simply dumped behind my house outside in the pouring rain. Had I not been home soon after the delivery, the items could well have been damaged as the cardboard box packaging would have turned to mush in the rain and snow.
Great quality products with perfect fit - as always - and quick delivery. Though the courier company tends to totally ignore the instructions CT put on the package (e.g. to not leave it by the house but leave a card)... so far the courier has pretty much ignored those every time I ordered something. So something to be aware of. They always leave it somewhere to save themselves coming out again.
