When will the relevant discount show?

What is your three-month guarantee?
We believe that you cannot buy a better product anywhere at any price. We therefore promise that if your Charles Tyrwhitt product does not meet with your approval, you can return it within three months of the purchase order, washed or unwashed, for an exchange or a full and immediate payment.
What is your guarantee policy on sale items?
There is only one exception to our three month guarantee and that is for items purchased as part of our sale. Our sale is very popular and we would like to be able to offer unworn but unwanted items to other customers, so you have only fourteen days from receipt to return an item if you find that it wasn't what you wanted.
If one or more of my items is out of stock, will I be charged more than once for delivery?
You will not be charged for delivery with this order, even if we send it out to you in more than one parcel. Your credit/debit card will only be charged once your order is despatched.
'Recommend a Friend'
Refer up to ten friends a year, who you think might like to receive a catalogue or email from us and we'll pay you £2.50 a pop. Your account will be credited with £2.50 for each full name and address you provide us. To recommend a friend you'll have to log in, or set up an account with Charles Tyrwhitt.

- To enter this draw, you must be at least 18 years old. You may enter as many times as you like, but each time using a different, valid email address.
- The closing date for entries is midnight on Tuesday 7 September, 2010. Entry is by submission of a valid email address. All customers making a purchase on the Charles Tyrwhitt website (ctshirts.co.uk) or via telephone will automatically be entered into the draw.
- One winner will be chosen at random from all submitted email addresses. There will be one winner per country site (one for the UK site, winning £500 of vouchers; one for the German site, winning €500 of vouchers). Winners will be notified by email. The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The following terms and conditions will apply between you and Charles Tyrwhitt when you purchase an item from us. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. If you have any queries relating to our terms and conditions please contact us before placing an order. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
No contract will exist between you and Charles Tyrwhitt until we have accepted your order and sent it to you. No payment will be taken until the order has been dispatched.
By placing an order with Charles Tyrwhitt, you undertake that your order is for your personal and non-commercial use only.
1. Prices and availability
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. While every effort will be made to avoid a price adjustment, occasionally the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. This will be confirmed to you by email and on your dispatch note when you receive the goods. If the price charged at this point is not the price you expected, you may return the goods for a full refund.

2. Payment

Every effort has been made on this site to ensure that shopping online is safe and secure. Charles Tyrwhitt cannot be responsible for the fraudulent use on our site of a lost credit card, but will assist your credit card company where necessary once you have reported the fraud to them.
If you are ordering from outside the European Union you may incur import duties or customs charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer, with the exception of customers in the USA. Please refer to our Payment page for further information.
3. Delivery
The cost of standard UK delivery is £4.95. From receipt of your order and payment in full we aim to deliver within 2 weeks, stock permitting. Please add an extra 7 working days if you require customisation. For monogramming and customisation details please see website.
We welcome orders from all BFPO addresses but otherwise can only deliver outside Europe to: Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, Kenya, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, UAE, USA and Virgin Islands. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
For stock purposes, each item requested constitutes an individual order. We will always attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment. Due to stock and packaging requirements, orders may be shipped over several days and in more than one package.
4. Items out of stock
You will only be charged postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. Your credit/debit card will only be charged after your goods have been despatched. For security reasons all cheques are banked on day of receipt.
5. Value added tax
VAT is deducted from all export orders (so at current VAT rates there is a saving of 17.5%) except to European Union countries. All overseas deliveries are subject to import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs delays. Please note that Charles Tyrwhitt cannot be held liable for any import duties and taxes.
6. Products
Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specifications are correct. However while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in actual goods may occur. Charles Tyrwhitt’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of goods supplied. Charles Tyrwhitt shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
Charles Tyrwhitt cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the garment or in the brochure. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and in the event of any dispute or claim you shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Charles Tyrwhitt's total liability for any claim, however arising, shall not exceed the value of goods supplied by Charles Tyrwhitt to the customer. Charles Tyrwhitt shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
7. Returns
Non-sale goods purchased via the Charles Tyrwhitt site can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within three months of the date of dispatch. Sale goods are covered by our 14-day guarantee. If you require further information please see our Returns page.
