![]() Name: Malgorzata Augustyn Job title: Customer Service Trainer Location: London I joined Charles Tyrwhitt as a Customer Services Representative in May 2005. Whilst I enjoyed the constant interaction with the customers and being part of a team proud to offer world-class service, I always had a strong interest in training. It is an area which I knew I could apply my skills gained from my previous roles as a teacher and psychologist. So, when a vacancy came up within the training team, I eagerly applied and was delighted to discover I had been successful. Still in the infancy of my career as a trainer, I feel exhilarated by the idea of building the confidence and knowledge of our contact centre team to ensure they continue to offer outstanding service to our customers. As for personal development, the Company is great at recognising development potential and helping you achieve your personal goals. ![]() Name: Jennifer Abesuriya Job title: Marketing Administrator Location: London My career at CT began in the contact centre when I was temping as a Customer Service Representative. I already had several years’ of customer service experience behind me but I was impressed by the level and standard of service CT delivered to its customers – it was sincere, personal and honest. I progressed through the contact centre and within 6 months I was working for the Customer Relations team, answering correspondence that came into the business and dealing with non-telephone orders and queries. This gave me a great insight to the different ways you can relate to customers and helped me to develop my communication skills. In November 2007, I was approached to apply for the Retail/Licensing Merchandising Assistant’s role. As I had no previous experience, I was dubious as to how I would do. However, I have settled into the job well and I am thoroughly enjoying learning new skills. It has been fantastic to see the different aspects of the company and how each area within the business works together to help the company grow into the ever competing retail market. The atmosphere and people at CT are amazing and in a short time you learn a lot. CT is extremely keen to developing the skills of its employees and offers opportunities of progression to all people to achieve their goals. |
