Your ‘no quibble’ guarantee still applies to items that have been worn and washed so if you wanted to give the shirt a cycle in the washing machine to see if that improves the feel of the material then please don’t hesitate to do so as you’ll still be eligible to send the shirt back. Whatever you decide, we’ll take your feedback on board and we’d welcome you to return this shirt to be exchanged for one that doesn’t have the Non-Iron material for a full refund. |
