I returned the shoes due to them being the incorrect size and completed the return form requesting the smaller size replacement. A few days later I received an email (with somebody elses name on it) stating that my account had been credited. When I telephoned the operator stated that I had to pay £6.00 in order to get them to me by Thursday. Given that I paid £9.00 to return the oversized shoes back to you and the additional £6.00 to get them delivered due tpo the fact that your company ignored the return form is not great. Given that I have introduced two people to your company and have myself been a reasonable customer over a number of years this is very poor service. Your telephone operator was at best poor and could not have cared less that I stated that I would not be using the company again. | |
