| 07-Jun-2011 | Poor | I ordered 2 more pairs of socks. When I ordered them it was made clear they were out of stock and would arrive later. When the first pair arrived the letter contained said the socks were out of stock and would not be supplied. It was a grovelling letter that contradicted the website information. This type of thing I have experienced with Charles Tyrwitt before. It spoils the purchase because you wonder whether the letter's content has some basis of truth. If so, £4-95 postage is expensive for one pair of socks as opposed to 3 pairs (ie £1-65 per pair.) | I'm very sorry that the other two pairs are currently unavailable until August. We try our best to supply items on time and it is indeed disappointing during rare occasions when this does not happen. We have however reserved the other two pairs for you and will post them out as soon as they arrive in our Warehouse. We've also refunded the postage charge as an apology and I hope this gives you enough confidence to continue with us. |
