15-May-2012	Poor	When washed did not iron up well.	Our shirts feature very high yarn counts – the higher the yarn count, the better quality the shirt but it will also be more prone to creasing and harder to iron. For the best results, steam iron the shirt while it is still slightly damp from washing and avoid tumble drying. Of course, if this isn’t working out for you, we’d be glad for the shirt to be returned to us for an exchange or full refund if you prefer.

Tracked order via Charles T's email after wasting time following card instructions. Not a big deal but annoying at the time.
